2024 S&O/Renewal (GR Closed)
April 16 @ 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
All in-person due payments are CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
Membership is valid from this date through 1/1/2025.
No signups or registrations are required.
Attending this Orientation means you will not need to retake S&O until you want to renew your 2029 Membership.
- Agenda:
- 5:30 PM – Clubhouse opens, Current Member Renewal Starts (Members who do not require S&O can come anytime between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM)
- 6:00 PM – Safety and Orientation (Please be on time, we reserve the right to turn away individuals who miss too much of the class).
- 7:00 PM – Class Completed, New Members/Current Member Renewals
- What to Bring:
- Cash or Check.
- A willing attitude. Safety is something a shooter can never have enough of.
- What not to Bring:
- This is not a firearms course, if you conceal carry that is awesome, but please don’t bring uncased/unholstered firearms into the classroom.
- Disruptive attitude.

**Current Member Renewal will be in the Clubhouse Proper. Feel free to walk in anytime from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Please be quiet so as not to disturb Safety and Orientation.
Frequently Asked Questions about WRRC Membership (FAQ):
- How long will the class be? Usually the class is somewhere between 45 minutes to an hour. Depends on how many questions there are.
- Why doesn’t my card work at the gate? This is either you have not renewed your membership (Memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 of each calendar year). Or your card is broken. Either way if you have questions come to any of our S&O Classes at 5:30PM and we’ll be happy to help you out. If you prefer to email send your email to membership@wenrrc.org and include a picture of your current membership badge and key card, both front and back.
- Do you prorate dues? We do not prorate membership dues. This is the reason we do not hold S&O in August or September. Jan-July membership costs are what they are. October through the end of any year we start handing out the next years memberships. For example, if you join /renew [a] WRRC Membership in July of 2024 your membership will end on 12/31/2024. If you join/renew on 10/1/2024 your membership will end 12/31/2025.
- Can I mail in a check? No, you cannot mail in a check, if you do this anyway we may or may not mail your check back to you. The check will be shredded and disposed of.
- How do I get my card turned back on immediately? There is no way to get your card turned back on immediately. In the future you can avoid lapses in your gate access by renewing your membership before the year runs out. See “Do you prorate dues” above.
- How long does an online renewal take to be active? See above,
online renewals take up to 10 business days to be activated in our system. If you are already a current member at time of renewal there will be no interruption to your gate access.
